Restaurateur Simon Gloftis has been involved in hospitality his whole life, owning and running three successful cafes before creating his dream, Hellenika. He currently owns Hellenika in Nobbys Beach and The Fish House in Burleigh Heads, each with their own distinct flavour and experience.
