From Beth’s 19 years experience in the food and wine industry she brings with her an amazing ability to juggle managing a fast paced restaurant while still giving the customers the attention they deserve. Beth is the backbone to the success of Hellenika.
BRYAN KELLY – HEAD CHEF
With 23 years experience throughout London and the Mediterranean, Bryan now brings his expertise to Australia. He has a sound understanding of sourcing high quality produce including fresh local seafood, seasonal vegetables & meats.
Bryan & Simon work together to ensure consistency in both quality, and deliverance of Hellenika’s menu.
